Booking with Aromafacial is easy and convenient. You can schedule your appointment directly on our website using the online booking form – simply select your service and preferred date/time, and we’ll confirm your spot.

• Online Booking: Visit our website’s booking page and fill out the form. You’ll receive an email/text confirmation once it’s set.

• Phone/WhatsApp: Call or WhatsApp us at the number listed on our site to talk with a friendly team member and book over chat or voice.

• Social Media: Send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram – we monitor these and will respond quickly to arrange your appointment.

We try to make it as seamless as possible: whether you book yourself online or reach out to us, we’ll get you scheduled. If you prefer personal assistance, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help you pick the perfect service and time.

We understand that plans can change, so we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. That means we ask clients to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment time to avoid any cancellation fee.

This policy helps us manage our schedule and give other guests the opportunity to book. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a fee (typically a percentage of the service cost) or require full payment for missed appointments.

Please just call or message us as soon as possible if your schedule changes so we can adjust your booking accordingly.

Yes! Aromafacial offers gift cards (also known as gift certificates) that make a perfect present. You can purchase a gift card in any amount and use it toward any of our facials, treatments, or retail products.

We use professional-grade skincare products known for their quality and results. Many of the lines we carry are organic, cruelty-free, and free of harsh chemicals.

For example, we feature Aromafem Skin Care products – a Canadian brand known for its natural, bio-dynamic formulations.

Our Esthetician selects products based on your skin type and goals – every cleanser, serum, or mask we apply is carefully chosen for safety and efficacy.

Treatment times vary by the type of facial, but you can generally plan on 45 to 90 minutes. For instance, a Teen Facial typically takes around 45 minutes, while our full HydraFacial or 24K Gold facials can last up to 75–90 minutes.

During your booking, we’ll let you know the exact duration. We always schedule your session to allow ample time for consultation, cleansing, treatment, and a relaxing finish – so you get the full benefit of your facial without feeling rushed.

Absolutely. We believe in customized skincare, so we offer complimentary consultations for all clients.

During your consultation, our esthetician or client care specialist will discuss your skin concerns, health history, and goals. We’ll then recommend the best treatments (and products) for your needs.

There’s no charge for this service – it’s simply part of our dedication to personalized care.

At Aromafacial we’re happy to sit down with you (in person, by phone, or via video call) before your first appointment. This way, you and your Esthetician are on the same page and we can create a treatment plan just for you.

Aromafacial is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you need an evening or weekend appointment, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate special arrangements or advise you when our next availability is.
